Straight answers
- Is CLEAN a guarantee?
- No. CLEAN means we found no sufficient evidence of a problem. If something still feels wrong, trust your instincts and ask your IT contact.
- Where does my email go?
- Forwarded emails and attachments are analysed by an AI provider to produce the verdict, then stored securely for your retention period (90 days by default) and deleted.
- How do you know a sender is who they claim to be?
- You prove you own each domain with a DNS record, and we only accept forwards that pass the sender checks recorded by our mail server.
